What is nodeToWarmboot?

This schedules a warm boot after the specified time ticks elapse, with a value of 0 cancelling any previously scheduled warm-boot request, a way to schedule a lighter-weight restart preserving some state for a maintenance window. Setting nodeToWarmboot back to 0 before the scheduled time is how an operator aborts a previously queued reboot if plans change.
