What is nodePendingPvcs?
This reports the number of PVCs currently in a call-pending state, meaning connection setup is in progress but not yet completed. A nodePendingPvcs count that stays elevated rather than draining to zero over time suggests call setup signaling is stalling somewhere in the network rather than completing normally.
