What is nodeInactivePvcs?
This reports the number of PVCs currently in an inactive, down state on the switch. Tracking nodeInactivePvcs over time alongside nodeActivePvcs helps an operator distinguish a brief blip from a sustained degradation affecting a growing share of provisioned circuits.
