What is nodeDiagFatalTime?
This records when the switch's most recent fatal error occurred, giving an admin the timestamp to correlate against the reboot logged via nodeDiagFatalReboots. Comparing nodeDiagFatalTime with the switch's overall uptime tells an admin how recently the last crash happened relative to now.
