What is nodeBillingCurAggrPeriodStart?
This is the start time of the currently open billing aggregation period, given as seconds since the Unix epoch. Comparing nodeBillingCurAggrPeriodStart against the current nodeTime tells an admin how far into the current billing window the switch currently is.
