What is lportSmdsCntDstGaNotFounds?

This is the group-address counterpart to lportSmdsCntDstIaNotFounds, counting instances where a PDU's destination group, or multicast, address was not found in the switch's tables. An admin checks this specifically when troubleshooting multicast SMDS distribution failures, since it isolates the problem to group-address provisioning rather than individual peer-to-peer addressing. For example, a customer whose multicast distribution group traffic suddenly stops being delivered might find this counter incrementing, pointing to a group-address provisioning issue rather than a physical or individual-address problem.
