What is lportOutAllocbwQoS3?
This read-only value reports outgoing bandwidth currently allocated to active QoS Class 3 connections on this port, the in-use complement to lportOutVAvailbwQoS3. An admin monitors this to track how much of the class-3, typically business-data, reservation is actually being consumed by live circuits at any given time. For example, comparing lportOutAllocbwQoS3 against lportAtmDataRateQoS3 over time tells the admin what percentage of the class-3 reservation on this port is currently committed, informing whether more business-data circuits can still be safely added.
