What is lportLossOfStructurePointer?
This reports whether the CBR card lost the structure pointer -- the marker used in structured DS1/E1 emulation to locate the start of each TDM frame inside the AAL1 cell stream -- for an extended period per Bellcore TA-NWT-001248. An admin sees error(2) here specifically on structured (N x DS0) CBR circuits, meaning the card can no longer find where each TDM frame starts, which manifests as garbled channelized voice or data. For example, this would trip on a fractional-T1 CBR circuit carrying 12 DS0 channels if enough consecutive cells are lost that the structure pointer can't be recovered.
