What is lportInAllocbwQoS3?
This read-only value is the incoming-direction counterpart to lportOutAllocbwQoS3, reporting bandwidth currently allocated to active inbound QoS Class 3 connections. An admin tracks this the same way as its outgoing sibling but scoped to inbound business-data traffic specifically, relevant for ports where inbound load dominates.
