Description: The percent utilization of the B-channel pool that this b-channel belongs to.

What is lportISDNPoolUtil?

This reports what percentage of the shared ISDN B-channel pool that this b-channel belongs to is currently in use, giving the admin visibility into how close a dial-backup or ISDN pool is to exhaustion. For example, a reading of 92 on an ISDN backup pool warns the admin that only about 8% of B-channel capacity remains, so a new dial-in demand could soon be blocked for lack of an available channel.
