This is a running tally of how many times cells arrived out of sequence on this CBR interface -- the counter form of the state reported by lportLossOfCellSequence. It gives the admin a cumulative measure useful for trending whether a circuit's reordering problem is worsening or was a one-off event. For example, comparing this counter's value across two polling intervals, say 12 then 47, reveals 35 new sequencing errors in that period, a rate that would justify inspecting the ATM path for cell-interleaving or multipath issues.
