Setting it to yes(2) means reverse-direction cells marked CLP1 get discarded more readily under congestion, letting the switch manage each direction's discard policy independently, which is useful on circuits with asymmetric congestion profiles. An admin seeing loss concentrated only on the return path of a PVC might set cktRNrtsCLP1 to yes(2) to ensure discard-eligible reverse traffic is shed before protected CLP0 reverse traffic.
