What is cktRAbrRIF?
This is the reverse-direction counterpart to cktAbrRIF, reporting the ABR rate increase factor governing how quickly the reverse-direction traffic on this SVC ramps its cell rate back up after congestion. Independent forward/reverse RIF values let asymmetric traffic patterns recover at different speeds appropriate to each direction's load profile. An admin comparing forward and reverse recovery behavior on a bidirectional ABR SVC would check cktRAbrRIF against cktAbrRIF to see whether the two directions are tuned symmetrically.
