What is cktOamLoopbackTimeouts?
This counts specifically how many of this session's loopback cells failed to get an echo back within the expected timeout window, essentially the complement of cktOamLoopbackReceived but framed as a distinct failure count the admin can alert on directly. For example, an admin's monitoring script would treat a nonzero cktOamLoopbackTimeouts after a diagnostic run as the trigger to flag this circuit's path for further hop-by-hop segment testing.
