What is cktOamLoopbackReceived?
This tallies how many loopback cells sent during the current test session, started via cktOamLoopbackCount, actually got an echoed response back, which the admin compares against the number originally sent to compute a loss rate for the tested segment of the circuit. For example, sending 500 loopback cells and seeing cktOamLoopbackReceived come back at only 480 indicates a 4% cell loss rate on whatever hop range the test covered, a concrete number to report when escalating a suspected path problem.
