What is cktLeafOperStatus?
This read-only value reports the current operational status, inactive(1) or active(2), of the entire leaf PVC, the simple up/down summary that pairs with the administrative intent set via cktLeafAdminStatus. This is the quick-glance health indicator an admin checks first before diving into the more granular cktLeafVcState if something looks wrong. An engineer scanning a large multipoint tree for problems would filter for leaves where cktLeafOperStatus reports inactive(1) despite cktLeafAdminStatus being up(2), flagging exactly which leaves need deeper investigation via the detailed VC state.
