This read-only value reports the specific port on the fail node (identified by cktLeafFailNode) which caused the PVC failure, narrowing the failure location down from the node level to the exact port. Together with cktLeafFailNode and cktLeafFailReason, this gives an admin a fully localized diagnosis: which node, which port on that node, and why. An engineer dispatched to physically inspect hardware after a persistent leaf failure would go directly to the port identified by cktLeafFailPort on the node identified by cktLeafFailNode rather than inspecting the whole chassis.
