Description: The DLCI which is the destination of the key DLCI. For local DLCI significance, this is the remote DLCI since the key DLCI is the local DLCI. For global significance, this is the local DLCI since the key DLCI is the remote DLCI.
What is cktDestDlci?
This holds the DLCI value at the far end of the circuit, with its exact role -- local or remote number -- flipping depending on whether local or global DLCI significance is in effect, mirroring cktSrcDlci but for the destination side. An admin cross-connecting a PVC between two customer sites needs cktSrcDlci and cktDestDlci to correctly reflect each CPE's configured DLCI so frames get delivered end to end with matching identifiers. For example, in a globally-significant network, a PVC entry with cktSrcDlci 100 and cktDestDlci 200 tells the admin the two ends were assigned different DLCI numbers that this switch maps between.
