What is cktAtmRTfdType?
This is the reverse-direction counterpart to cktAtmTfdType, letting the admin apply a possibly different traffic-descriptor profile to this circuit's opposite-direction traffic, which matters when the two directions have different burstiness or contract requirements. For example, a circuit might use pcr-01-scr-01-mbs-01(6) forward for full VBR treatment of bursty downstream traffic while using the simpler pcr-0-01(1) profile in reverse for a steady, low-volume upstream flow.
