What is cktAtmInClp0Cells?
This read-only counter tallies the number of ATM CLP0 (non-discard-eligible) cells received on this VC, whether it's a VPC or VCC. This is the raw inbound volume of protected-priority traffic, which an admin uses alongside cktAtmInClp1Cells to understand the CLP0/CLP1 mix actually arriving on the circuit and to compute effective utilization against the committed (CLP0) portion of the traffic contract. An engineer sizing a VC's committed bandwidth would track cktAtmInClp0Cells growth over time to see if protected traffic alone is approaching the circuit's committed cell rate.
