What is cktAccumRCDV?
This is the reverse-direction counterpart to cktAccumCDV, reporting accumulated cell delay variation specifically for the reverse direction of this circuit, with 0x00FFFFFF again meaning not valid. Reporting jitter separately per direction lets an admin isolate whether a quality complaint (e.g., choppy audio heard by only one party on a call) traces to the forward or reverse leg of the path. An engineer diagnosing one-way audio jitter would compare cktAccumRCDV against cktAccumCDV to localize which direction of the circuit is contributing the variation.
