What is cardInNoVcBtus?
This counts BTUs the card received over the cell bus that had to be discarded because they referenced a circuit that doesn't exist on this card. A nonzero and growing count here typically means traffic is arriving for a PVC that was deleted or never provisioned on this card, which is a strong signal of a configuration mismatch elsewhere in the network sending traffic to a stale or incorrect circuit identifier. For example, cardInNoVcBtus starts incrementing right after a PVC is deleted locally while the remote switch continues sending cells tagged with the now-defunct circuit.
