What is mscsAimStatNetworkInterfaceState?
Reports the current operational state of the network interface as seen by the cluster: stateUnknown(-1), unavailable(0), failed(1), unreachable(2), or up(3). An admin would poll this to detect a failed or unreachable cluster network path before it causes a failover.
