What is mscsAimStatClusterFixQuorum?
This read-only flag reports whether the cluster is currently forced into a 'fix quorum' state used to recover a cluster whose quorum is otherwise unavailable: notInFixQuorumState(0) or inFixQuorumState(1). It is not available on clusters older than Windows Server 2008 R2.
