What is managementNetworkAccessEnabled?
This read-write setting, when enabled, allows the local Out-of-Band interface to be used to access the remote management network; when disabled, the local management agent can still be reached from the remote network and the local OOB interface, but the OOB interface cannot be used to reach beyond the local unit. It controls the scope of what the local OOB port is allowed to route to.
