Description: Reason why a profile is considered to be impaired.
The lostFecLock reason is used when the CM sends a DS OFDM profile failure CM-STATUS message for an OFDM channel and profile. This is sent when the CM detects excessive errors on a profile. For an OFDMA channel, it indicates excessive errors in received packets from the CM.
