What is wfIisisAddressLessIf?
For interfaces that have an IP address this value is 0; for interfaces without one it holds the corresponding ifIndex, letting addressless interfaces still be uniquely indexed alongside addressed ones. It is read-only and works together with wfIisisIfIpAddress to identify the table row.
