Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This describes the agent's capability in term of which file encoding styles it supports.

What is acFileEncoding?

Reports which file encoding styles the agent's bulk-data export feature can produce, currently ascii or xml. It is read-only, so a management station queries it before requesting a snapshot to know whether the agent can honor an ascii- or xml-formatted output.
