What is xcvrHistPMRSBBEInitialize?
A write-only control object on a BTI-7000 optical transceiver that resets the historical performance monitoring counter for Regenerator Section Background Block Errors (RS BBE) to zero. Writing to this object clears the accumulated RS BBE count, allowing a fresh measurement baseline to be established.
