What is xcvrHistPMJABRInitialize?
A write-only control object that resets the historical performance monitoring counter for Jabbers (JABR) to zero on a BTI-7000 optical transceiver. It clears the accumulated count of oversized frames with FCS errors, which are a symptom of a malfunctioning transceiver or network interface.
