What is xcvrHistPMINVBLKInitialize?
A write-only control object that resets the historical performance monitoring counter for Invalid Blocks (INVBLK) to zero on a BTI-7000 optical transceiver. Writing to it clears the accumulated count of blocks received with uncorrectable encoding errors.
