What is xcvrCrntPMOTUESInitialize?
A write-only control object that resets the current-interval OTU Errored Seconds (OTUES) performance-monitoring counter to zero on a BTI-7000 transceiver port. After reset, the counter begins tracking one-second intervals that contain at least one OTN OTU-layer error.
