What is stmnCrntPMOTNBERInitialize?
A write-only control object used to reset the instantaneous BER counter (stmnCrntPMOTNBERValue) to zero on an OTN-mapped STM-64 port. This clears the current reading so a fresh baseline measurement can begin.
