What is ocnCrntPMOTUOFSInitialize?
A write-only control used to reset the current-period OTU Out-of-Frame Seconds (OFS) performance monitoring counter to zero on an OC-n OTN port. Setting this object clears the accumulated OFS count so a fresh measurement interval can begin.
