What is geHistPMJABRValue?
Reports the historical count of jabber frames received on a Gigabit Ethernet interface — oversized frames (longer than 9600 octets) that also carried a bad FCS, indicating a malfunctioning transmitter or severe line fault. This counter is used to detect jabber conditions that can disrupt network segments.
