What is stgNewCfgVlanBmap?

Reports which VLANs are assigned to a Spanning Tree Group in the pending configuration, represented as a bitmap for VLAN numbers 1 through 4095. This read-only view reflects the result of any add or remove VLAN operations staged for the group.
