What is stgNewCfgPortPriority?
Sets the priority component of the Port ID for a port in a Spanning Tree Group within the pending configuration, where a lower value makes the port more likely to be selected as the designated port. This value occupies the high-order octet of the two-byte Port ID used in STP bridge protocol data units.
