What is igmpSnoopNewCfgVlanBmap?

Reports a bitmap representing all VLANs configured for IGMP snooping in the pending (new) configuration, where each bit corresponds to a specific VLAN number. This read-only view shows the snooping VLAN membership that will become active when the new configuration is committed.
