What is stgNewCfgVlanBmap?

Reports a bitmap representing the VLANs assigned to this Spanning Tree Group in the pending configuration, covering VLAN numbers 1 through 4095. This read-only view reflects the cumulative result of add and remove VLAN operations not yet applied to the running configuration.
