What is ospfCumIntfBackup?
Reports the total number of Backup Designated Routers present on attached network segments across all OSPF areas and interfaces. The BDR provides redundancy so that if the Designated Router fails, routing adjacencies and link-state distribution can continue without a full re-election delay.
