Description: Indicates whether linkUp/linkDown traps should be generated for this interface.
By default, this object should have the value enabled(1) for interfaces which do not operate on 'top' of any other interface (as defined in the ifStackTable), and disabled(2) otherwise.
What is agPortNewCfgLinkTrap?
Controls whether SNMP linkUp and linkDown traps are generated when a switch port's link state changes in the pending configuration. By default, traps are enabled for physical ports, allowing network management systems to be notified when a port goes up or down.
