          0 - The represented acl not applied to the port.

What is aclNewCfgPortAclBmap?

Reports a bitmap showing which individual ACL rules (numbered 1 through 896) are currently assigned to the port in the pending configuration. Each bit position corresponds to one ACL rule, allowing the management system to determine the full set of applied rules at a glance.
