What is aclNewCfgEthernetTypeName?

Specifies the named Ethernet type (such as IP, ARP, or a custom value) that an ACL rule should match against when filtering frames. When set to 'other(7)', the actual numeric type value is taken from the companion object aclNewCfgEthernetTypeValue.
