where x : 1 - The represented acl applied to the port.
          0 - The represented acl not applied to the port.

What is aclCurCfgPortAclBmap?

Reports which ACLs (numbered 1–896) are currently applied to a port in the receive direction, encoded as a bitmap where each bit represents one ACL number. Network managers can read this to see the complete set of access control lists enforced on incoming traffic for that port.
