Description: Generate an alert if one blower used for cooling the system fails.
What is warnSingleBlower?
This read-write flag, when enabled, tells the management module to generate a (non-critical) warning alert if just one cooling blower fails, as opposed to critMultiBlower which fires only when multiple blowers fail.
