What is ovtxConfigurationSatRfGain?
Sets the desired offset from nominal gain, in units of 0.1 dB, for the SAT RF input -- used only when SAT AGC is turned off. It parallels ovtxConfigurationRfGain, which plays the same role for the CATV input.
