What is ovtxConfigurationRfInputAlarmMode?
Controls which RF input's alarms are active on a dual-input transmitter: all alarms enabled, CATV alarms enabled with SAT alarms disabled, or the reverse. This lets an admin silence alarms for whichever input isn't actually connected on a device supporting both CATV and SAT; on devices that don't support both inputs it always reports all alarms enabled.
