What is neceDisplayTrapsDiscarded?
A running count of SNMP traps the NECE has discarded rather than sent, which happens when its internal trap buffer overflows or a send attempt times out. A rising count here can indicate the trap receiver is unreachable or traps are being generated faster than they can be delivered.
