Description: a value which indicates the operational status of the Barionet. 0: down (The Barionet is in startup phase) 1: up (The Barionet has actual port data)

What is bariState?

Reports the operational status of the Barionet device: 0 means it is still in its startup phase (down), and 1 means it is up and reporting actual port data. Admins can poll this before trusting other readings from the device, since values collected while it is still starting up may not be meaningful.
