What is sceState2?
This is a bitmask giving more detail than sceState: its bits indicate whether the scenario has run at least once since group start, is outside its expected numeric range (for user scenarios), is suspended, and/or its last execution was unavailable, and the DESCRIPTION notes these values can combine. An admin should read each bit independently rather than treating it as a single enumerated state.
